As a Norwegian language service provider, I am committed to ensuring the utmost protection of any personal data that I handle. In the course of my language activities, personal data is processed, referring to any information linked to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes details such as names, identifications, and factors related to physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity. In this regard, I adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (« GDPR ») and the French law no.78-17 of January 6th, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties.

Purpose of Personal Data Collection
Personal data may be collected as a data controller for responding to requests, complying with legal obligations, fulfilling contracts, or for reasons of public or legitimate interest. Forms and contact pages are used for online registration, newsletter subscriptions, information requests, statistical studies, and surveys. Additionally, data may be collected during website visits for communication events, training sessions, conferences, etc.
Sharing of Personal Data
I may transfer personal data to contractors and subcontractors for various purposes such as registrations, subscriptions, request processing, and general service improvement.
Storage and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is primarily processed in my offices within France and the European Union. While not transferred to third countries, third-party services may process personal data outside the EU, with necessary guarantees to maintain the required level of protection.
Retention Period for Personal Data
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary for the intended purpose, considering legal, contractual, tax, and social provisions. After this period, data may be deleted, securely destroyed, strictly anonymized, or archived for legitimate interests, historical research, or statistical purposes.

Data subjects have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. These rights are subject to legal restrictions, and any unfounded or abusive requests may be rejected.
